Shrimp Sandwich With Creamy Spicy Coleslaw

Using Gorton's Seafood Crispy Beer Battered Shrimp, this sandwich comes together quick and it's delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Gorton's Crispy Beer Battered Shrimp
  • 1 cup Shredded Purple cabbage
  • cup Tartar sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Small French Loaves
  • Butter
  • Cilantro + Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the shrimp in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
  • While the shrimp cook, slice 4 small french loaves and butter on both sides. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Preparing the sauce: In a bowl combine ⅔ cup of tartar and 2 tbsp of Sriracha, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of Garlic powder.
  • Cut about 2 cups of purple cabbage and mix with sauce. Set aside.
  • Once the Shrimps are cooked and bread is toasted, put sandwiches together. Put about ⅓ cup of slaw mixture on each loaf. Top with shrimp, and cilantro. Squeeze lemon juice and enjoy!
  • TIP: You can always add more sauce or sriracha.
