1smoked gouda cheeseThis is seasonal at TJs.
1Tricolor Spicy Kass This is seasonal at TJs. You can use another spicy cheese.
Apples
Yellow and Grain Mustard
Sauerkraut
Gherkins or Pickle spears
Beer Cheese or any other sauce type cheese
Instructions
You can use a baking sheet, round or a cutting board. I have sometimes used Butcher paper can be used and it is great for an easy cleanup!
Start but placing the sauces and relish in the middle.
Bake the pretzels according to directions. Place the pretzels on top of the board stacked together
Slice the Bratwurst, Cook in a pan until golden brown. Then add the meats to the side.
Add the cheeses on the far end of the board.
Lastly add breadsticks, apples, nuts
Pair with your favorite Octoberfest beer!
