The holidays are the perfect time to make a Festive Holiday Charcuterie Board! This will be a favorite at your next holiday gathering.

  • Wood Board
  • Cheese knives
  • Ramekins

Ingredients
 

  • Brie
  • Shiraz Flavored Cheese
  • Goat Cheese
  • Cheese Trio (Iberico, Manchego, Cabra)
  • Prosciutto
  • Soppressata
  • Capicola
  • Salami Or Genoa
  • Red Grapes, Cranberries and Pomegranate seeds. 
  • Beets + Figs Crackers
  • Truffle Stuffed Olives
  • Cranberry Sauce + Honey

Instructions
 

  • Using a washcloth or napkin, clean the board with vinegar then dry.
  • Before beginning assembling the board put the brie cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes, you want the cheese a bit firm
  • Pour the honey and fig in small mason jars. You can also use the mini masons for the gherkins. Then Place them in the board, spacing them out
  •  Separate you meats and fold your salami in fours making it ruffle. Start adding the meats around the mini mason jars
  • Use a cookie cutter to cut the brie into a Christmas tree shape. This adds a cute touch of detail to your board. Place in middle on top of then cranberries.
  • Add the cheeses around the board.
  • Place crackers in between the cheeses and meats
  • Fill In the empty spaces around the board with the fruits and nuts.
  • Add the cheese knives, honey wand and forks

Semi dry and dry wines pair well like Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. Bubbly wines work well like Prosecco, and Champagne.

My favorite cocktails to pair my boards with are: Blood Orange Margarita, Sparkling Apple Cider Bourbon Sangria, Fig Apple Cider Bourbon Smash, and Apple Cider Whiskey Smash.
