¾ cup Juice from 2 Navel Oranges ¼ cup Juice from 2 Lemons ¼ cup Juice approx. from 4 Limes ¼ cup Olive Oil or Avocado Oil 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp Minced Garlic or Garlic Paste 1.5 tsbp Salt 1 tbsp Adobo 2 tbsp Sofrito
Juice the oranges, lemons and limes.
In a large bowl add orange, lemon and lime juice.
Add oregano, adobo, salt, sofrito. Whisk until everything is mixed.
Slowly add the oil and whisk until it is emulsified.
Store in an masor jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
What can I use Mojo Marinade for?
Mojo can be used to marinate roast pork, chicken, fish, shrimp and meat.
How long is Mojo marinade good for?
It can be stored for up to 3 weeks and mojo needs to be refrigerated.
What can I use in place of Bitter Orange (Naranja Agria)?
Navel oranges, lemon and lime juice can be used for Bitter Orange.
