Now that school is back in session, sheet pan meals are my go to. They are easy and quick. One of my favorites to make is the Shrimp Sandwich with Spicy Creamy Coleslaw, using Gorton's Seafood Crispy Beer Battered Shrimp.**

**#AD: While this post was sponsored by Gorton's Seafood, ALL opinions and recipe are my own

Shrimp Sandwich with Spicy Creamy Coleslaw

    Gorton's Seafood

Gorton's products are a staple in my house when I want something quick and delicious. Here is another recipe I made using Gortons Beer Battered Fish fillets, Easy Fish and Chips with Spicy Tartar.

As a freezer staple, Gorton’s shrimp is preserved for freshness whenever you need them and customizable to whatever you need.

Cook some for a quick snack and save the rest for another time, prepare an entire pack for the whole family, or incorporate the shrimp into your meal prep routine

It’s a good source of protein, rich in vitamins and minerals, non-GMO, and immunity boosting

With a fresh taste and a quick cook time, Gorton’s shrimp is an easy way to incorporate more seafood into your diet.

    Preparing the Shrimp Sandwiches

This recipe comes together quick! The hardest part is waiting for the shrimp to cook! In the meantime you can put the rest of the ingredients together.

You will need a box of Gorton's Crispy Beer Batter Shrimp. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

While the shrimp cook, slice 4 small french loaves and butter on both sides. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

    Putting the Sandwiches together

Preparing the sauce: In a bowl combine ⅔ cup of tartar and 2 tbsp of Sriracha, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of Garlic powder.

Cut about 2 cups of purple cabbage and mix with sauce. Set aside.

Once the Shrimps are cooked and bread is toasted, put sandwiches together. Put about ⅓ cup of slaw mixture on each loaf. Top with shrimp, and cilantro. Squeeze lemon juice and enjoy! TIP: You can always add more sauce or sriracha.
